My husband is on vacation and we will be driving around the state a
couple days to visit his friends.  He says we can bring the dog along to
play with his friends' dogs.
 
We're also ferret people.  I've seen dogs react a variety of ways to the
ferrets.  I've been growled, practically licked to death and had dogs
refuse to come near me.
 
No matter where we go I will smell like ferrets since I check food and
water in the morning and put some of them out to play either loose in the
ferret room or into a playpen.
 
His friend's dog snapped at me.  The family had to remove him to a crate
in another room.
 
Is this going to keep happening to me?
