Okay BIG, two for two on this one. I do not see Meesh Meesh and our
exchange as an animal rights or lab-testing debate. Its a factual debate
on what happens to ferrets involved in animal welfare (though not all
language was ferret specific). We mentioned animal rightists as a group
of people that could see what we said and take up the challenge posed by
the revelations of both of us to help those ferrets.

As you pointed out neither of us expressed views on how good nor bad lab
testing was. Just a place where there might be ferrets that could be
helped without specifically addressing the issue of lab testing in general.

We would think that rather than cut it off now perhaps it has reached a
point where the discussion to evolve into to how and by who the ferrets
could be helped.

Didn't Bob C used to do some form of jerky for the ferrets? We'd expect a
dried meat to be fine. Not a balanced diet but fine as a part of a diet.
