HI everybody- It's Beth (you probably don't remember me, im trying to post
more)
 
Barb-
To answer your question about the ear thermometer..  unfortunately they do
not work on any animals, including ferrets.  The temp registers higher than
normal with one of these..  but I sympathize with you.  They really should
make them especially for animals, because I know what its like to take a
temp rectally... not fun with fidgetty ferrets such as mine.  Maybe someday.
 
I also would like to know if anyone knows of any clubs/shows/fun-days in the
Southeastern Connecticut area.  I would love to do these things, but I do
not know of any locally (Ledyard, Norwich, N.  Stonington, better known as
Casino Country-Foxwoods and The Mohegan Sun Casino's are on my doorstep)
And, maybe if there are none around someone in this area would like to
start one.
