There's a real clever little trick you can use to disengage a biting ferret
quickly -- for example, when the ferret is attached to your nose and drawing
blood!!!  Place your fingers over the ferret's nostrils; guaranteed, the
ferret will let go almost instantly.  It works like a charm.  (You poor
thing!  I once had a ferret who bit me on the nose, and it hurt like heck,
but she didn't draw blood.  Yikes!  Time to establish some no-biting rules.)
