Grapes and raisins have caused acute kidney failure in ferrets, dogs,
and cats and should not be given to any of those. Yes, it appears to
be a volume dependent effect but ferrets stash raisins and then at
times eat a number at once, and how much is too much may vary among
individuals so they are better just totally avoided.

This is an easy topic to look up and i am lacking time so will trust
those with questions to go to places like the FML Archives (using the
address in the FML header), ASPCA APCC, etc. and look up details.
