I have been deluged with spam mail. So now I have a spam blocker that
needs to learn who you are to allow you to send to me.

If you send something to me and in turn you get a message to allow or
confirm or something like that, agree to it. It is only my spam blocker
confirming who you are by address. From then on it will work seamlessly
like always but for the first time it has to learn so help it a bit.
