Hi all!

First things first. I hope Sammy gets better real soon I just sob when I
read about him.

Last October I brought two girls home that are up there in age. Nippers
who just had a BIG operation and Tinker Bell. I noticed right away Tinker
Bell hung out by herself and didn't pay attention to anybody else in the
house. This went on for about 2 weeks, we thought she was just different
then the rest, liked to be alone. Then one day we were watching her and
she was running into the wall in the hallway. Then of course we started
paying closer attention to her and found she was running into everything.
She was also a bad biter. We then realized that she spent the first two
weeks trying to find out where everything in the house was. The guy who
had her for 4 yrs didn't even know she was blind. They never left his
bedroom and stayed in a cage 5 days a week. Her sniffer works really good,
she follows the other ferrets and us with her nose. It's funny to see a
ferret fly by her and she tries to reach out and grab them. Since she has
been with us she no longer bites and loves to give her daddy lots of
kisses. She could win the kissing contest. Anyone willing to bet?
