I'd also get her a melatonin implant, in addition to the Deslorelin. I
do that for all of my adrenal ferrets. The melatonin helps out more
with skin and fur issues. Anemia could be the cause, as it's sometimes
a symptom of adrenal disease.

Also try supplementing some vitamin k for a while. Ask your vet for
proper dosage.
