If worse comes to worse ask the SOS and other rescue coordinators to
get your ferrets and other pets that you can't keep to safe shelters.
Remanants of Ferrets Across America are still here.  There are rescues
coordinated to transfer pets from shelters or to shelters being
cooridnated.
 
It isn't and ideal solution, but it save the ferrets and other pets and
allows you to find a new home if the worst case happened.
 
Too many people here have helped each other.  Rescuers have gotten
organized for the bad rescues like Utah, Love my ferrets and the two most
recent ones.
