No, Sheila it was not Pasco but his brother and as the father of this
litter and his two son's died at such a young age, I have done something
that I would not have consider in the past, that was to have all of
Pasco's sisters spayed even though I was going to breed from one of them
next year.
 
Pasco only produced one litter all hobs, the two I gave to friends have
been castrated and the third one that I kept and I have now had him
vasectomised.  I have no reason not to keep him as a usefull animal.
 
As responsible breeder I will not breed from any animal knowing it has a
defect in its line, the defect in this line only came to light this year
and the fact that I did not breed or own the farther as he was owned by a
friend who owns works ferret, so that should have been a good enough out
cross for my breeding line.
