I can't find any ferret shelters nearby!!!  don't want to support the
force-breeding pet-shop farms, so my first choice for an animal is always
the shelters or rescue groups.  My first little fuzzer was from a pretty far
cat and dog shelter.  (a close friend adopted her for me while he was in
that area.)  They did not have the appropriate stuff to care for her, so
she was gonna be put to sleep!  None of my local cat/dog shelters ever have
ferrets.  I have heard of shelters for just ferrets, but can't find any in
my area!  They all
 
seem to be out of state.  Me and the ferret want more friends!!!  I live in
NorthEastern New Jersey.  If anyone knows of any ferret shelters/ rescue
