I just received an email from a vet tech about a ferret that they had taken
into the vet office about 3 months ago. The ferret is not getting out of
the cage enough and has started biting. He bit a small child and the vet
said if the ferret did not find a home in 3 days she was going to euthanize
it.

The ferret is near Baltimore, MD. Peewee is an 11 month old male, neutered
and up to date on his vaccines. I know nothing else about him except that
we are pretty sure he is biting because he's in the cage so much - when
they first took him in 3 months ago he did not bite at all.

Anyone interested, please email and I will forward your information to the
vet tech.

Mary
