i believe in spirits not ghosts!  i have seen and heard them.  not in
stressful times either.  i have seen my great grandmother and she died
before i was born!  you can't always tell why they are here but in my own
experience if they stand in from of you and look you in the eyes there is
a message there and a feeling will over come you .  you can tell if it is
good or bad.  i even believe our fuzzies come to visit or leave you a
message in your heart!
