I have to say I am a little disturbed by the suggestion to
self-euthanize. Unless you are an expert or a vet, why would you
consider trying to euthanize your own pet? What if you do it wrong?
What if it doesn't work? How do you know they are not suffering? I
bet if your vet knew that was a consideration, they would be appalled.
Pay the vet to do their job, take the extra time and drive the extra
miles to get it done properly.
