I'm not sure what the problem is, but we have State Farm and have had no
trouble with them at all.  I've even asked them about insurance since I run
the ferret shelter from my home and he said that my homeowners would cover
it if anything happened to someone on my property.  Are the insurance
offices like franchises?  I would assume they all have to run using the
same policies...any idea?
