Chris, I posted an article to rec.pets, cross posted to sci.med
on usenet about a recent 'scare' article on ferrets, terming them
viscious, smelly, etc. The article, from the Washington Post health
magazine called for their banning. My problem is I do not know if
the posting made it out of my site as I surely would have gotten
some response. Did you see my posting? It was titled 'ferrets'
with keywords 'lies,lies,lies'.

[I haven't seen it yet. How long ago did you post? It sometimes can take
about a week for something to propagate. If I see it in the next
couple of days, I will mail you to let you know it got out]

If not, I will repost. This weeks health magazine had a cover
article on ferrets that was much more balanced. Both articles
referred to a recent article in the Journal of the American
Medical Association condemning ferrets, hence the reason for
cross posting to sci.med.

thanks.
