Ok, I had this big long story about feral cats and where they come from
and my hubby and men in general. But when I re-read it, it was really
nasty so. To answer the question that someone asked. (sorry, don't
remember who). "Where do feral cats come from?" Feral cats start with
one well meaning friend giving one cute kitten to one 5 y/o girl. Add
one uninformed and uneducable hubby who refuses to accept that cats
can have kittens as early as six months of age. Subtract the only
responsible member of the family (mom) who has to go to Sea with the
Navy. Sum up all factor and you get one cat who has 3-4 litters every
year for two years, who have 3-4 litters themselves every year and you
can see how one cute kitten can become a huge problem. I encourage
everyone to spay or neuter your pets as soon as is possible. As I think
I've demonstrated, it only takes one, and not much time to have WAY to
many kitties.

Shelley, Kiki the sleepy, Brownie (aka Bubba), Little Bit the rat tailed,
and Milly the thief.

Gee, I hope that wasn't a rant. I really did tone it down from the first
one I wrote. :-D
