Dear Robert and others in Michigan:
 
I am so sorry to read your story about the unfortunate Kodo.  It is probably
too late to help him now, but you can join with the Grat Lakes Ferret
Association to fight this unfair and inhumane MISINTERPRETATION of Michigan
law.  The GLFA is maintaining a fund to legally challenge this policy of the
Public Health Dept.  I urge you to contact Micki Wingate, President of GLFA
(313) 587-3959 and/or Debbie Miller, VP (313) 287-4572 with your story.
Many of us, including Micki, have lost ferrets to this policy.  Please, join
with us to fight this in Court and save others fuzzies!!
