Finding a vet in Southern California is tricky.  Ferrets Anonamous
publishes a list of California Vets who will see and treat ferrets without
turning you in to the DFG.  They charge $5 for the list.  I don't have
their info on me right now but will post it when I get it.  There is also a
vet in the valley that sells Totally Ferret and possibly treats ferrets.
The place is the West Valley Pet Clinic and their number is 818.225.7160.
I don't know anyone who has actually gone for ferret treatment.
