I definitely agree with everyone who posted that religion should be left
out of anything on the FML and that it is NOT a good way to evaluate
anyone's care of ferrets.
 
A few digests back, BIG suggested that the Killians NOT bring me or
anything about me into their posts.  This has already been violated.  In
all fairness, I will comment on his.

I must say that the anonymous person who posted this, appears to feel
threatened that their ferrets cannot compete with the Cole's ferrets.  If
you are worried then you should see Vickie McKimmey's post.  If you are
making these statements, you are in essence saying that the AFA has unfair
judging standards.  My understanding is that the AFA judges on ferrets NOT
on people or how much money they have.  I have talked to many who feel AFA
shows are very fair.  There are always going to be people out there who
have ferrets that might be better than yours.  If you feel slighted at
future shows, why don't you then go to the judges and ask them why they
feel that your ferrets weren't as good as others?  Since this has not
happened to you, why even speculate that it will?  I think Vickie has done
a great job of clarifying all the AFA stuff.  Of course, there will always
be those out there who say nasty things about AFA, especially if they were
removed from the judging circle.  Unfortunate, but it happens.  I have
never been to an AFA show, but have heard really great things.  If you
feel AFA is unfair, simply don't enter, that is your choice, but let's not
speculate on "what ifs".
 
All of this is getting a bit much.  Let's all stop speculating on what ifs
until we know all the facts about the Coles.  It is just not fair to make
assumptions.  I have heard they are smart, loving, good ferret people and
that they are helping many ferrets.  Again, read Vickie's post, it might
clear up your concerns.
