Hey, here's a obscure referance for ya. It's from Married With Children.
 
Peg Bundy--"We'll be home earlier kids; your father has been in an accident.
Al Bundy--"An accident?!  These hill-billies skinned me!"
Peg Bundy--"Oh Al, you know not to get near Uncle Nick when he's filleting
ferret."
 
BTW, I loved the story about ghost!  It was very touching.
