Dear Sean,

Can ferrets outrun a person? Hoo-boy, can they ever! When he was
younger, my little Pattertwig was a real speed demon. We lived in an
apartment building with inside corridors and we would take him out in the
hall to run up and down. Twiglet and i loved to play tag and chase each
other.

Once we stayed at a hotel, and i put his leash on and took him out into
the corridor to run around a little. ZOOOOMM!!!! He took off like a
race car!! I was running as fast as i could and he was still pulling on
the leash wanting to go faster! He was so excited by all the new things
in the hotel courtyard and wanted to go see them right away!

Sean, have you ever heard the story "Riki Tiki Tavi"? (You can get the
cartoon at the video store.) It's about a mongoose who adopts a family
in India. A mongoose looks alot like a ferret and they move the same
way. In the story, it says that the motto of the mongoose family is "Run
and Find Out!"

Sounds just like ferret!

Take care!
