I'll be in Europe, first giving a paper in the Netherlands during a medical
education conference June 22-27, then travelling in S. France then Paris
then back to the states June 28-July 12 (we'll visit the caves at Lascaux
and nearby with Cro-Magnon art, plus a few caves at Roquefort -yum- thrown
in) enjoying birdwatching, vin rouge (helps the birdwatching tremendously, I
understand), and finally getting a 10-months late honeymoon (there are times
graduate school makes life difficult, mais oui).

Is there anyone out there, or do any of you dear readers know of anyone out
there, in 1) Maastricht (we'll be at the Novotel), 2) Amsterdam (staying
with friends), 3) near Lascaux/Dordogne - Aveyron general region (we'll be
staying about 2 hours E of the famous Lascaux caves, near Rodez at Chateau
St. Saturnin), or 4) in Paris (we'll be staying in the first arondissement
at a Timhotel) with fuzzies we could visit we'd love to see some European
ferrets.

Thanks

PS: Everyone please think warm and "fuzzy" thoughts for Missouri Bob and
Bob's mother. And Dayna, I hope I get to meet you someday. I've followed
little Foggy's progress with my heart in my throat on occasion; hang in
there, you do wonderful, caring things for the planet.

[Moderator's note: Umm, a tounge is one of these local idioms. Very local.
You may substitute tongue. And for our non-American readers, that's yet
another idiom meaning something like "sarcastic in an amusing way", but
that's another story. BIG]
