Hi All!
I used to use hydrogen peroxide in my ferrets' ears, but someone told me it
bubbled, itched, and burned. So, I decided to try it on myself. They're
right, and I washed it out as fast as possible. I've been afraid to use
alcohol because if they have any little cuts or bites or whatever, I thought
the alcohol might sting. I don't know, maybe the alcohol helps kill mites.
I use a tiny bit of Vasoline on a Q-tip because it (or mineral oil) would
seem to be the least painful.
