To clear up some confusion, House Bill 5015 was introduced in July, 1997 by
Rep. DeHart and pulled because of the response she received pointing out
the lack of substance in her Bill.  She subsequently introduced House Bill
5219 in October, 1997 which mirrors Senator Dingell's Senate Bill 616.
 
Again, the hearing is in Room 424 of the Capitol Building, Lansing, 8:45
a.m., Thursday, February 12.
