Hi everyone, happy holidays and dooks to the furkids.

My little silver-mitt Yuki just had adrenal surgery again and she came
through it just fine. Her fur is coming in so fast the doc will have a hard
time finding the stitches. LOL

Anyway, I have a question. Yuki seems to be sleeping alot more lately than
when I first adopted her. She used to get up and mosey around for about
half hour to an hour but now she gets up, poops, eats, drinks, goes and
finds another spot to sleep and goes back to sleep.

I have literally gotten her up and closed the cage door so she will stay up
and play, but she just curls up under the blankets on the couch or in the
tubes.

Has anyone ever had this situation with one of their ferrets? Is this
something that I should be concerned about? Yuki is about 4 1/2 years old,
weighs about 1.5lbs. Her overall appearance is much better than when I
first got her, her fur was coarse and sparse, not very soft and filling in
very nice.

Sorry for such a long post but am concerned that after having the adrenal
taken care of there is something else lurking. Any suggestions or advice I
can talk to my doc about would be appreciated. We have an appt with the
doc on Saturday to have stitches removed. Any info before that time would
be GREATLY appreciated.
