The local paper (Cleveland Plain Dealer) had an article about setting up
trusts for pets just yesterday.  The basic advice is to have 2 people
named, one as trustee of the account who disburses funds to the actual
caregiver of the pets.
 
But just as everyone here says "See a vet", the best place to start is to
"See an attorney"!
