Hi everyone,

Sorry for the cross-post, but I feel that this message needs to get to as
many of the ferret lovers as possible.

I wanted to let you all know that I've been informed about someone that
wants to get rid of his ferret. He's a male, about 1 year old, or at
least that's what I'm told. It's a friend of a friend kind of situation,
but this little guy really needs help. The owner is taking him to the
ASPCA if a new owner is not found by 9/27. He is being given away for
free with his cage & other items.

I'm trying to relay as much information as this kid can give me about his
friends ferret. He said he thinks it's grey in color, so I'm assuming
it's probably a silver. He's unsure if the poor thing even has a name.

His location is Lewisburg, PA.

So, please, if anyone can help this little furkid out let me know.
Please email me privately at [log in to unmask] , as I am very
behind on my list messages. I really would like to see him get a loving
forever home, rather than go to the ASPCA where his life may come to an
end. I would happily take him in, but my fiancee & I do not feel that we
could appropriately care for another ferret financially. But, if a home
is not found for him, I will bring him here to stay until a good home can
be found. I will do whatever I can to help arrange this, however,
unfortunately I can't transport him because my car is broken down.

I will relay any other details that I can as I get them.

Thanks to anyone who can help.
