Thanks to you both for all of the information you posted on the FML
regarding ferrets and cancer.  I found it to be very helpful.  Cancer is
such a terrible disease whether in humans or in our beloved animals.  I am
glad to hear that cancer prevention research is continuing.
 
If it wasn't the alcohol that caused lymphosarcoma in Sobriety, then I guess
it was just really bad luck.  It seems so unfair when the ones we love are
stricken by this horrible disease.  Even though there seems to be no
apparant link between alcohol and cancer, I would still like to remind
everyone NOT to give their fuzzies (or other animals) any type of alcoholic
beverage.  I'm sure there is plenty of other damage that alcohol can do the
system of an animal (not to mention a human).
 
Perhaps one day, we will find a way to wipe this disease off the face of the
earth forever.
