so, today we adopted katie ferret. she's 9 or 10 weeks old, which is a lot
older than mollie was when we got her, and shes adorable. BUT- she doesnt
seem to like to be held. she just wants to do her own thing. and shes
much ballsier than mollie--- mollie was content to play on the couch for
about a month. katie wants full run of the house and shes only been here
for about 3 hours. when we brought her home we let mollie out and mollie
was, well, not mollie. she was slow and looked at us like we just slit
her throat. it was sad. shes pretty normal now, but not perfect. and
she made it perfectly clear she doesnt like the baby, by jumping up near
her and hissing.

any clue on how to make katie less independant? and any suggestions on
introducing them? how old should katie get before i start introducing
them?
