In reply to David's question about ferret food I just wanted to add my 2
cents. Totally Ferret is the best food in my opinion and in the opinion
of most of the people that I speak to. Your best bet is mixing foods to
prevent boredom and also to discourage your ferrets to get stuck on one
food only. I mix T.F. with Iams kitten food, Marshall Farms, Zupreem or
another high quality food. I usually use about a 3:1 ratio of T.F. to the
others. A great place to buy food is at Pets.com or TheFerretStore.com.
Pets.com usually has specials which are pretty hard to beat. Right now
T.F. is 25% off so it's a good time to go there. TheFerretStore.com does
a lot of work with helping ferret shelters so I also shop there frequently.
Their ferret item selection is unbeatable also.
