I'm sure the person who wrote this will be flamed, but she is
absolutely correct. Any ferret who persists in nipping or biting a dog
risks being severely injured or killed, as even the most tolerant dog
will react eventually. The moral of Alexandra's story should be that no
matter how much you trust your dog(s), ferrets and dogs should not be
allowed to interact if the ferret plays with the dog by nipping or
biting, even if the owner is in the room with them.
