I have read about those boxes going to a shelters, no presents for the
ferrets, just an empty box with poop or just newspapers. I also send
2nd hand blankets, gently used bedding, I pick them up in Thrift shop,
yard sale, and send some well used but clean bedding too. I miss doing
the Giving Tree last year. This year I have sent a box off to a
shelter. I am not working that much in housecleaning so I do not have
the extra money to send several packages off, as before. I have built
up a lot of materials so that I can sew hammy sleep sacks, crinkle
sacks, and tents for the wee ones.
