These things are great!  We own two of the cat playpen models, one of them
is going on 4 years old.
 
A word of caution, though.  One of our club members just purchased a ferret
playpen with the wire ramps.  His 16 week old ferret was running up the
ramp, missed the "rung" on the ramp and his leg went right through.  He was
only stuck for a moment.  He did it right in front of the owners, so they
were able to free him right away.
 
With the "benchwarmers" that cover the shelves, I have had to re-stitch all
of ours and three others that we sold through the club that came back as
"defective." We took the foam out of the cover so they didn't chew on it.
(It fits the shelf better that way, too.)
 
We have been doing business with The Dog's Outfitter for a while.  They are
a good company.
