I'd like to share my experience with the person who has the visiting weasel
in his factory;

A weasel is the reason that I have been the proud mother of 8 ferrets
during the last 20 years. I live in Sweden where wild weasels are not
uncommon. One morning in 1979, my boss came to me with a little weasel
baby whos mother had been run over by a car. I started to make telephone
calls everywhere and everybody told me I would not ba able to tame it.

Tell me I'm not able and I must try ! It was a little girl and we named
her Nellie. She might have been about 8-10 weeks at that time.

We knew nothing and had to invent things all the time. We had a little box
with some clothing and a sock where she would sleep the night. Since she
was so tiny, we had her in a cage when we were not at home, but when we
came home we let her out. It was so funny to look at her and she got
really devoted, especially to me. That's when we learnt that each time we
thought she was really missing, she had only found a new place to hide. We
had her for a year but then there was this accident with a slamming door
and she died instantly. How we cried. Then we started to look for a
similar animal but not quite so tiny. A friend of mine in another part of
Sweden called and told us he heard about ferrets. At that time, ferrets
were only kept by zoos. However, we got hold of one and so it started.
Your lettle weasel is prpbably so accustomed to people now that it has no
or little value to get it back to the wild. Give it a raw egg yolk some
time and you will be the favourite human. Maybe take it home - in the
factory there are many dangers. Good luck !
