Hi everyone,

I posted earlier today about Martin's Cages, now I have another post
regarding these wonderful folks. They have a ferret, Slinky, that they
adopted from the PFRA. He's about 5 1/2 years old and he is missing a
patch of fur on his side. It's not a normal area for adrenal hair loss
to start out at, but they adore this ferret and they're a bit panicked.
I haven't seen Slinky so I can't give my best guess as to whether it's
seasonal hair loss or the beginnings of adrenal disease, or something else.

Their vet is not a good ferret vet, and the only other one they knew of in
the area has gone out of business. If anyone knows of a good vet in the
Lancaster or Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area, please e-mail either myself or
Diana at [log in to unmask]

Thank you in advance!!
