The Cascade Ferret Network now has a web cam operating in one of the ferret
play rooms at the central facility. The web cam operates (usually) from
7:30 AM to 10:30 PM Pacific time with an image refresh rate of 30 seconds.
There is also an archive of images from the last 90 minutes or so updated
every 5 minutes.

Check out the web cam at http://www.cascade-ferret.org .

The 30 second refresh makes it obvious that ferrets are very active
critters, and while the camera is capable of up to 10 frames per second
(which is just barely fast enough to catch a rampaging house weasel's dash
across the play room), our network bandwidth dictates the slower rate.
