I hate to tell you this Harley but you mis-counted...
 
I just got home from the shelter to sit down and play with some of the
crew.  You know the "slacker" ferrets that are not quite as helpful as you
at painting so are hiding at my house until the paint brushes are finally
put away :-) And as a little white blurr with sharp teeth punctured yet
another fingernail I finally figured out what what was wrong with your
email..
 
You were talking about Opium and Poppy staying at my place after the rest
of your friends come home then added:

Here is where you goofed... Yes Opium and Poppy are staying at my house
(both fixed), BUT I also have 2 whole females that need to be spayed at my
house too.  The girls were dropped off at the shelter Friday night from
Oshawa Animal Control and I picked them up with the rest of the crew to
hide during the spring cleanup.  You counted 2 pairs as only 1 pair.
 
That brings the total surrenders in one week to 17 ferrets...
 
So I suggest you get some rest now..  it's going to be a busy couple of
weeks :-)
