I have a 5 year old female with adrenal problems, Kelsey. She is on
Lysodren and EFA (essential fatty acids). She is bald except for her head
and tip of her tail. Today I noticed small bruise like marks on the more
meaty section of her back. For lack of a better explanation, they look
like little red hickeys. I am concerned that she may be fighting with
another ferret when I'm not home or scratching herself on something.

Her skin is very dry so maybe that has something to do with it. I also
suspect that she may be scratching herself, but there are no open wounds.
Has anyone seen this before?

Britta
