My Satinka thumps and wags her tail when she is in her tube and I agitate
her.  I usually shake it and run something over it to make a noise, or i
stick a toy in at the end she is near.  She gets so worked up, it is
really hilarious.
 
Whenever she is in an excited mood, she will pounce on our legs and hide
near something while thumping her tail.  It reminds me of how my cat used
to pounce.
 
Tail wagging is the cutest thing.  I just love it! :D
