Although it is not normally considered a really good idea to breed shelter
ferrets; it is done on occaision.

And that is the most peculiar and obtuse naming system we've ever heard of.
We prefer to follow the protocol established and in use by most breeders
involved in the ferret fancy.

For example SH's Kamakazi of Zen is a faerret bred by Shady Hollow (Sally
Heber) given his own name that fits his character not a formula and owned by
Zen and the Art of Ferrets.

We keep databases and pedigrees rather then relying on strange names when
deciding what ferrets should mate.

We'll not get into a discussion about line breeding and its benefits if done
correctly.

We are as offended by this rude comment about a portion of the population
as we were by your comments about women.

Please stop with the trolls.
