A couple has filed a $5 million lawsuit against S&M NuTec, maker of
the popular pet treat "Greenies", claiming the product caused a fatal
blockage in their dog.

See for example

or a gazillion others that come up if you do a search for "greenies
dog lawsuit".

Greenies are marketed for dogs, cats and small pets. At least one online
ferret store has them listed as a treat for ferrets. If they can cause a
fatal blockage in dogs, what can they do to ferrets?

Please do not use this treat. It is vegetable based, and while it may
clean their teeth, is it worth the risk?
