At the present moment I have a broken hand-up to shoulder therefore, it
takes me forever to either write or type up a letter. However I found a
website for those of you who want to get involved with the HR 669 bill.
It is a letter sent directly to the representative via email.

So far I have sent this email and called our representative in the
area, I advise others to do the same to get our views and points
across. My ferrets are like my kids, even the fosters and the ones
that are re-homed from the rescue. I don't want to see any broken
hearts if this bill is passed.
