Need some addy here.  After Helena died - Ricky began to lose weight.
Not a whole lot - just enough to "notice".  Now, I am noticing that his
once glossy, and super soft coat - is a bit coarse, and it isn't nearly
as soft as everyone else's.  This morning - I happened by their home -
and heard whimpering going on.  It started, it stopped, it started, it
stopped.  So - I finally took the chance (trying so hard not to wake
them) - and peeked in.  Ricky was sucking on Artemus's ear.  He was
sucking HARD on Artemus's ear.  I had to do the "finger break" - to bust
the suction.  I seem to remember some symptoms of something, that I
probably don't want to hear - that is dangling "just out of reach" in
my brain here - and I am hoping that someone could steer me, please?

I hit the FML AND you all - in hopes that someone recognizes what may be
going on......like I said - I have heard of something like this - and I
am quite sure I didn't like it - but cannot for the life of me remember
what it is........Thanks guys.  And when you tell me bad news - break it
to me gently.  I may just be able to handle it......*smiles*
 
Lord, help me to be grateful for what I have, and not greedy for what I
