I'll make this short since the FML's have been so long lately.
 
A few months ago, my Charlie had sugury to remove a blockage (again).
Therefore his belly and throat were all shaved.  The other times, his fur
has grown back fairly quickley.  But this time, his fur is still thin where
it had been shaved.  It's had plenty of time to grow back, but it hasn't
completely.  Otherwise, he's completely healthy, as I said, it was months
ago.
 
Is this normal? If not normal, is it ok?
