We need to follow Dave Les's advice and fax, email, write Dr. David R.
Johnson, Chief Medical Executive Community Public Health Agency, 3423 N.
Martin L.  King Jr.  Blvd.  PO Box 30195, Lansing, Mi.  48909 517-335-8022
and ask why their employee's (specifically Dr. Mary Grace Strobinski)
doesn't follow the laws for the state she's payed by but rather follows an
outdated department policy which has no, I repeat NO basis of fact to
support it.
