Murphy just wants to say, he knows you're all a ferret list and don't have
much to do with hedgehogs, but he appreciates all the emails he got.  He
had no idea there were so many people out there interested in him, so far
we hadn't found much interest in our little circle.
 
Since I posted that on the FML though I have transferred Murphy into
another cage, the one he was in originally actually.  His new cage was
terrible, too big and only fit in an out of the way room.  Now he's back
where he started, so to speak, with a much bigger wheel that fits in such
a way so it doesn't reduce his floor space.  He's in the living room, I
think he likes it there, he likes to come out in the evening and see if
anyone is around, and if so, can they procure him some chicken or
crickets?  Anyway we'll have to see if this arrangement works, it's the
only place in the whole house he will fit but it is on the floor, so
possibly when our child starts to crawl and walk around, that may or may
not be an issue.
 
Anyway Murphy just wanted to say he was pleasantly surprised by all the
interest in him and apologizes if his owner jumped the gun on asking for
possible homes for him.  We may need it, but at this moment he's okay.
