It is unfortunate, but if Darla (or anyone else raising funds for a
shelter, rescue or sanctuary) plainly states in her Ebay auctions what or
*whom* the funds raised will go to or benefiting, she will be in direct
violation of Ebay's listing policies and her auctions will be pulled.

I speak from experience as it happened to me on a couple of occasions.
These days, everyone needs to be careful when listing auctions,
especially if the proceeds are going to be sent to a shelter, rescue or
sanctuary.

As stated from an email I received from Ebay; "Charitable fundraising is
a highly regulated area subject to numerous state and federal laws"

If you are interested in reading more about this, below is some info.
Plus I have saved the email that Ebay sent to me when my auction was
pulled, anyone that is interested is welcome to see it.
