Fuzzy little theif
Because of you I go
To work with odd socks

I am a new momma-bear. I subscribed to this list about a month ago, and
finally sat down to read some of the emails in the last few days. I hoped
to get some useful new momma-bear info from this list. I never expected
to laugh till it hurt or cry for those departed or learn so much about
what it really means to be a momma-bear. I never expected to find a
community of huge-hearted, caring, supportive mummies and daddies and
fuzzies. I am overwhelmed by what I have found here.

I would like to introduce you to Wiggly, who lives with me in Tasmania,
Australia. Wiggly was found by the side of the road, hungry and
screaming. He was pretty skinny, but otherwise healthy. We thought he
was a girl at first, maybe that's why he bit me so much to start with!
Or maybe because he was scared and lost. (Now he just bites because he
thinks its funny, but he doesn't break skin any more and is gradually
learning). Nobody answered the lost and found ads, and we got to love him
so much we could not take him to the RSPCA. He was almost all cream when
we found him, but his top coat (bristles? what are those bits of fur
called?) has darkened and he has little brown legs and paws and a tan
stripe across his little nose. Wiggly has given me a joy in my life I
never knew was missing.

Lovely to meet you all!

Erica and Wiggly
