I am new to this list and was wondering if anyone had some advice.  I recently
bought a new ferret, Abu, to be a companion for Iago, my 9 month old. At the
pet store Abu was very limp and docile when I picked her up but my fiance and I
fell in love with her and bought her. She seemed rather thin and when wer to the
 vet he found a broken top fang.  He reccomendedthat we get it fixed after she
 gained some weight but we are concerned about it.  So far it
doesn't seem to be causing Abu any pain, but we still don't know what we should
 do about
it.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
